The Mindful Space Initiative is an incredible site/app. Firstly, I found it really easy to navigate the space and so many things made sense. The two things that I found most useful to me were from the Meditation Series. - Nourish Sleepy Time and Morning Smoothing Embracing Life. It has been a game changer in terms of my sleep and waking times. I feel so completely relaxed when listening to Sleepy Time and for someone who has insomnia, it actually helps me fall asleep. I do listen to it on repeat sometimes. Embracing Life is great to wake up to. It readies you for what lies ahead especially in these times of stress and uncertainty. I highly recommend the Meditation Series. It is unlike other types of meditation and is wonderfully helpful.

Trish is a professional, she makes you feel at ease. She is emphatic, encouraging and challenges you to find your own answers. Sessions with Trish are an eye opener. She guides you to places that will lead you to explore beyond your usual boundaries. She is an excellent companion on your self-rediscovery journey. Trish is non-judgemental and the sessions are really focused on you and on what you want to achieve. Following my few sessions with Trish I would recommend it to anyone.

I think it would be very effective in nudging people towards reaching out. Really liked the psychoeducation and normalising of the feelings of isolation. I would have found a huge benefit listening to this in my time of isolation and imagine many others would too.
